1 point = 1 dollar

Full Time staff receive 440 points per year

Part Time staff receive 220 points per year

Not sure? Log in to your online store account to see your point balance. If you believe there is a discrepancy in the points you received please reach out to your reporting Deputy Chief of Operations.

Timelines

Order processing begins once all orders are received and the store has closed.

Orders will ship as soon as they are complete.

Returns and Exchanges

We worked hard to get everyone fitted for the 2024 season so are hoping there will be few returns. However, if there’s something you are unhappy with, YOU MUST email the Deputy Chief of Operations within 15 days of receiving your order to make arrangements for exchange or return. The tags MUST still be attached to the item. Items cannot be washed or worn. Please try the item on before taking off the tags to be sure you’re happy. NO EXCEPTIONS

Shipping

We are required to ship to your home address. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO UPDATE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS ON YOUR STORE PROFILE.
We ship all orders by courier. Orders will be shipped “signature required”. If someone is not home to sign for the package you’ll be required to pick up your orders at the closest depot.
